January Chat
Happy New Year everyone!
I have been very busy over the last few weeks with Church activities and work and family and with my Timeless Gospel Hymns project. I thought I was slowing down a bit but I was actually doing more last year that I thought I was.
How was your holiday season?

Re:
Morning Pastor Rick. Holidays were really quiet for me. Spent most of it dealing with a 13 year old cat that had a stroke. But she's hanging in there. Good luck with your project!

Re: January Chat
Well it has been a busy start to the year... repairing light fixtures at the church. Then working on a storage solution to make things easier for the decorations committee. Then doing the end of year business meeting (got a small raise). :D

Re: January Chat
Yup, I have been one busy fella. Replacing the AC, building a security fence, ripping out a old floor and replacing everything (from the foundation up), working on my "church hymnal" music project, and getting a new Spanish Mission set up at my church.
Don't even ask about work, it's a big headache at the moment.
PK has trouble with her computer that is costing me time I should be using over at TRD and here but it has to be done...

Re: January Chat
Wow! That is what I call Real Life getting in the way of cyber life. :)
Speaking of not asking about work... Thankfully, I just took a nine-day vacation. I have had some serious time to work on some improvements to a private gaming site where I have barely been able to update my games in several months. What a switch. Hopefully, the other players did not get spoiled this week to my updating quite a number of times in several days instead of only once or not at all.
Now, I get to go back to work six days in a row. I don't think they realize they forgot to give me a second non-paid day off this first week back -- Sundays I always have off (unavailable). So, I will get paid for 6 days instead of give for this week. Wal-mart will not mind, since one of those days will be paid out of a personal time (separate account), but I was looking forward to having this week divided by that second day off!

Re: January Chat
I am writing a story over at Mystical Adventures. I have given myself one year to complete it and today I hit the 25k word mark.
