Game 10: NA
Simple rules (no moving over the edge) Naval Arena, simple movement, played only to 5 points of damage (for short game).
Bec, for Turn 0 just choose a square to start.
(Because we play with simple movement and there's no blind shooting on Turn 0, it makes no difference if your ship is vertical or horizontal.)

Re: Game 10: NA
(It's arguable if it's against rules to start at edge, but since that's where mom happened to put her ship and it doesn't give any advantage, I'll allow it.)
Remember: choose 3 (or less) U/D/L/R moves and square to shoot in
(note that there's no moving "over the edge"; if you move against edge, you'll automatically turn along it - I'll have to write that to official rules...)

---A-----B-----C-----D-----E-----F-----G-----H
1/4 Kaunisto 5 damage
2/4 Simelius 4 damage
3/4 Bec 5 damage
Kaunisto hits Simelius 1 point
Kaunisto hits Bec 4 points
Simelius hits Kaunisto 4 points
Simelius hits Bec 1 point
Bec hits Kaunisto 1 point
Bec hits Simelius 1 point
Since this was just quick game to 5 points, this means you and I are out, my mother wins! Tie between us for second.
In the most tight and dramatic way possible, I might add.
Let's have another game of NA since this was so short, but with more complicated rules. I'll post to explain in 12 hours or, now I need to get to bed...

Re: Game 10: NA
We'll play another game in the same topic, again Naval Arena but with "mixed rules".
That means there's movement "over the edge" and more importantly there's 3 ship types. Game will be played to 10 points of damage.
Choose a square to start (center of your ship; again with "no turning" movement the vertical/horizontal position doesn't matter) and whether you want 3-, 5- or 7-square ship.
(Bigger ships have more powerful shot, but are obviously easier to hit.)
