Re: Intro to "The Case of the Dead Pirate!"
Maybe... In the first beta-test though I wanted to see how many weapons we could find that fit the theme. During the beta-test I will be watching to see what works and what doesn't with all the cards so some of them (not just the weapons) might get changed to increase the "fun" factor.

Re: Intro to "The Case of the Dead Pirate!"
Hi Captain Cutlass,
My artistic abilities are with acrylics, watercolors, and color pencils. Unfortunately, I do not have a scanner and it would take me months to create each pic involved in the game. Not that I'll finish with all of them before the first beta-test rounds anyway but I figured photos would be faster as a jump start process this time around.
The main goal at present are to create a playable system using the features Runboard provides but art is a strong second there.
I welcome any contribution to the design process of course especially since it has been over 25 years since I was actively engaged in a game design.
Are you interested in being a play tester by chance?

Re:
When I make the first post in the "Beta Test" forum the game can begin. I am dealing out the cards now. I have to go down to my church for a couple of hours before I can get things going though...

Re: Intro to "The Case of the Dead Pirate!"
The game is ready to start. OldWarrior gets the first move by the luck of the draw.
Remember, you do not have to be in the beta test forum to post. The "Game Post" button will automagically make the post to that forum for you.

Re: Intro to "The Case of the Dead Pirate!"
I am still creating "location cards." Is it okay for me to edit your cards to show the real cards as they are created or would you prefer to keep the cards as they are during the game?
